トランプ大統領（だいとうりょう）は、10日（とおか）に新（あたら）しい命令（めいれい）に署名（しょめい）しました。
この命令（めいれい）は、政府（せいふ）の建物（たてもの）で紙（かみ）のストローをやめて、
プラスチックのストローを使（つか）うように言（い）っています。
トランプさんは、
「紙（かみ）のストローはよく壊（こわ）れるので、使（つか）いにくいです。
プラスチックのストローに戻（もど）りましょう」と言（い）いました。
また、「プラスチックは海（うみ）の魚（さかな）にあまり悪（わる）くないと思（おも）います」とも話（はな）しました。
この命令（めいれい）は、
